| How do I know which stem and float ball is supposed to be used with a particular float valve? |
- To insure reliability, the minimum recommended size stem and float are shipped with all complete standard assemblies for positive liquid level control. Assemblies are listed on the valve model catalog page. You can also check out our Recommended Stem and Float Sizes chart for easier selection or replacement.
| What do I do if the minimum recommended size of stem and float won't fit my application? |
- For non-standard assemblies, it may be necessary to verify that the assembly works reliably with your application. In this case, the correct answer is that it depends on your application and maximum inlet pressure. For more info, see Float Valve Selection and Installation.
- Contact Us! Tell us the valve model you are considering, the purchase quantity, the maximum inlet pressure, GPM requirement, and the overall length, width, and depth of the tank area available for the entire assembly.
