| January 5, 2010 Control Devices Closes Acquisition of Robert Manufacturing Company Operating Assets St. Louis, MO – In a major move to expand its global presence in the manufacture and distribution of flow controls, Control Devices, LLC has acquired the operating assets of Robert Manufacturing Company, Inc., which is headquartered in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. Control Devices closed on the cash transaction on January 5, 2010. “We are excited to have the Robert brands join the Control Devices family and to broaden our flow control product offering with this acquisition,” said Control Devices CEO Tom Stadtmueller. St. Louis-based Control Devices, LLC is a leading manufacturer of high quality valves and nozzles serving the compressed air, pressure washer, vehicle systems, fluid power, fire protection, and specialty gas industries. The Company offers an increasingly broad line of standard products for OEM’s and distributors, and prides itself in its ability to engineer and manufacture flow control solutions for custom OEM applications. Control Devices has design and manufacturing operations in St. Louis, a specialized machine shop facility located in Pacific, Missouri, and also maintains a sourcing operation in Shanghai, China. Founded in 1936, Robert Manufacturing Company designed and manufactured float valves and related assemblies for OEM’s and distributors. Robert’s primary branded products included Bob® performance brass and stainless steel float valves, Bobby® valve reservoir assemblies, Bobby® miniature float valves, and related replacement parts and kits. The water reservoir assemblies, stainless steel float valves and miniature float valves are NSF® listed products. St. Louis, MO, April 18, 2011 – In another step to expand its global presence in the design, manufacture and distribution of flow control solutions, Control Devices, LLC has acquired Knoxville, Tennessee based Drain-All, Inc. (“Drain-All”). The transaction was effective April 15, 2011. About Control Devices Control Devices, LLC is a leading manufacturer of high quality flow control valves serving the compressed air, pressure washer, vehicle systems, fire protection, industrial float valve, food service equipment and specialty gas industries.
